Filled with pine forests, waterfalls, lakes and coffee plantations, the Central Highlands of Vietnam serve as the setting to the beautiful mountainous region of Cau Dat. Their history of coffee cultivation started in the mid 1800’s and was later expanded by the local farmers. Currently, they produce annually 2,300 bags of premium coffee. This coffee cup is characterized by a pleasant aroma, floral flavor, mild acidity, smooth body and clean aftertaste. Cau Dat’s history is constructed by the coffee farmers who have worked hard to produce a high quality product, positioning Cau Dat as a sustainable coffee producing region.
